  • "I was able to go into the interview feeling full of confidence."

I needed Ania's help in preparing for being interviewed for a TV news piece on the London Women Chess Club, where I am vice president. Although I have to speak in public occasionally, I am not a confident public speaker and don't enjoy it!

Even before the day of the interview, Ania gave some great tips on how to prepare, and some practical tips to help be in my best voice on the day. This already helped boost my confidence!

On the day of the interview, Ania ran through a number of gentle exercises to warm up all parts of my voice. I sing in choirs ,and so am used to doing certain vocal warm-up exercises during rehearsals, but many of Ania's exercises were new to me, which was a great learning experience. She made it fun and we were laughing during the session!

After we'd finished, I felt like I was really using all parts of my voice - I'm a natural alto, but felt as if all the space in my head had opened up and I had unlocked my inner soprano! It felt great, I felt on cloud nine and I was able to go into the interview feeling full of confidence.

After the interview, the interviewer told me "you're a natural"! What more could I ask for! Thank you so much Ania, I really appreciated the session and the help you gave me.

I would absolutely recommend Ania to others who want to feel more confident and prepared with public speaking.”

  • " We approached the day with confidence and composure."

London Women Chess club is a community club created for women and girls to play and learn chess. We had an exciting interview about the formation of our club with Bloomberg News.

In preparation for this big day, Ania generously offered her expertise, providing voice coaching sessions that were incredibly valuable. She worked with us one-on-one, as well as leading group coaching sessions on Zoom and in-person with both adults and children.

It was a busy and overwhelming day, but Ania was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. Working with her was an absolute pleasure. Personally, I was feeling very stressed and hadn’t slept well the night before, but Ania’s calming coaching techniques helped me unwind, relax my muscles, and feel mentally prepared for the interview.

I am so grateful that we had this wonderful opportunity to work with Ania. Her support made a huge difference in how we approached the day with confidence and composure.”

  • "I feel more confident and accepting about my voice"

‘‘ I am someone who has always loved public speaking, but I sometimes have a stutter when I speak (this has been the case since I was a small child). Even though, I knew that people could still understand me when I speak, I still felt self conscious about it.

Having voice coaching sessions with Ania has been a wonderful experience. She has a very structured way of coaching, which sets clear and reassuring boundaries.

Ania has great knowledge of how everything in your body is connected. Her practice is holistic. She is very open-minded and never judges.

After voice coaching sessions with Ania, I feel more confident and accepting about my voice when doing some public speaking as I am a teacher. In addition, I feel more relaxed in my body when I speak.

All of the above is why I would recommend her. “
